Singapore F&B group — identity on the shopfront, lost on the tile
The client had a brand identity that photographed well on signage but fell apart on delivery app tiles and social media avatars. Colours clashed at small sizes; the wordmark was illegible. Our brand strategy review narrowed the palette, rebuilt the design system with explicit minimum sizes, and rewrote positioning around freshness rather than heritage — a line the outlet managers could actually say. We delivered art direction for photography, social templates and menu copy. Engagement on social improved over several months; we made no sales or ROAS guarantees and coordinated tracking with their media agency for paid media learnings.
